Almost every cell in the body contains CoQ10. Its concentrated in the mitochondria, the area of the cell where energy is produced and is also involved in ATP production (the energy on which the body runs).
Each capsule contains a small amount of oil which aids in absorption.
The heart and liver contain the greatest amount of CoQ10.
No artificial flavours or preservatives.
Active Ingredients: Coenzyme Q10, Bulking Agent (soya bean oil), Capsule shell (beef gelatine, Glycerine, Water), Colour (Red iron oxide).
How to Use: Take ONE capsule daily with the main meal of the day, or as recommended by your health professional.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
